Clinical additions and alterations to Winn Army Hospital, Ft. Stewart, GA. Primary facilities include a 65,000 square feet addition and 1,000 square feet alteration to the hospital as well as building information systems. Sustainable Design and Development (SDD) and the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct 2005) was included. Phasing plan required the existing facility to be open and completely operational during repairs. Complete renovation of the Central Energy Plant, including chillers, cooling towers, controls, pumps, etc.
