A three-story office and Pilot Research facility. The ground level has a public pavilion space for displays, a 250-seat flexible auditorium, multiple laboratories and high-bay Pilot Research space. Level two has offices and conference rooms, and level three has offices, classrooms, and Lab dedicated to the Georgia Association of water Professionals. The facility is designed to obtain Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification.
