The project is a replacement of an aging middle school facility which has been demolished prior to this project’s start date. This project would utilize the existing middle school site and the existing middle school Basketball and Physical Education Gymnasium. This project includes construction of a new two story building of approximately 100,000 square feet to house educational and administrative programs, as well as necessary parking and driveway facilities. This project will also include renovations to the existing gymnasium of approximately 18,000 square feet.
