Project consisted of installation of three new product lines for injection molded cases. Building pressurization and humidification control was a key component as the cases were food grade containers. A steam turbine chiller for process chilled water was installed using the reclaimed heat from three new 2MW generators fueled by recycled landfill methane gas. The generators allowed Coca Cola to remove the plant from the GA Power grid, saving millions of dollars a year on energy costs. Existing product lines were also upgraded along with the SCADA systems.
