The San Juan FBI field office is a 9-story, high-performance green building.  Commissioning of the project included the HVAC systems, Fire alarm systems, lighting control, building automation, Rainwater collection, Photo Voltaic system, Fire Alarm, Public Address system, Sound Masking system, Emergency Generator, Above ground Fuel Tanks, and Sump Pumps.  TSCx was brought in to supplement the contractor’s controls team in order to meet government commissioning requirements.
