The Augusta TEE Center site is in the heart of downtown Augusta and is part of the Downtown Augusta Redevelopment Plan. The project provides for development of new construction combined with the renovation of the existing conference center and a historic building. The center will have a high bay exhibition hall, a lobby/pre-function space, kitchen space, a loading dock, and storage space. Augusta Richmond County wanted a CxA to document and verify that new building systems perform interactively according to the design intent.
